Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There are frequent motivation and skill development sessions happening which are very beneficial and refreshing. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they have a good incentives structure.

Dislikes

Laid back attitude of some old employees which the management should work and assign new tasks and role xhange for them to grow. Salary structure is on a lower side and can be better.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
