I have recently joined so I don’t know about hikes but benifits are really good sodexo and shift allowance.

I don’t like the management they can throw u out if they don’t need you.. and micro monitor through system running time app.. worst cafeteria.. headcount is nearly 4k in Chennai but they have only 50tables in cafeteria. We have to stand behind some person to get chair.. Location will not give feeling you like big company it will give feel like we are working in some startup

- Very orthodox thinking of management -useless people in HR -no much perks in company -salary offered is very less even when they have ability to pay more -stricr 9hr working policy, even a min less would cause half day. -no work from home for some dept.

Corporate Politics, constant inferiority feeling, promoting only friends and not the ones who are capable and deserving. Non sense HR policy. HR is under control of Managers. HR can't handle anything on their own independently. No buy-out in notice periods. There's nothing right with this company.

They don’t care about their employees. Tender team upper management and over all management is not employee oriented. If you have no live task then your value is zero as per management. Even if you are partially sick and can do WFH they will ask you to take leave. The company don’t have budget to buy basic necessities such as laptopto onboarded employee. The employee gets laptop after 6-8 months. Even HR won’t be able to help you....Read More

Appraisal can be revised much better. Can give work from home or hybrid model for expecting mothers and new born to toddler mothers as It is difficult to maintain balance in this crucial period for them.
