Overall CMA CGM is a good company with good process. As a KPO company they stands on a top 5 of shipping industry. Good employee benefits with night shift allowance, Sodexo, Yearly Bonus and Hikes.

The management is very bad. Especially with Cost Control team in GBSI. There are conflict between managers itself which affects the employee work-life balance. Improper training provided for new joiners (Include Experience resources or New Resource) An immatured managers who will always shout in floor. Corporate Politics, constant inferiority feeling, promoting only friends and not the ones who are capable and deserving. Non sense HR policy. HR is under control of Managers. HR can't handle anything on their own independently. No buy-out in notice periods. There's nothing right with this company.
