Corporate Politics, constant inferiority feeling, promoting only friends and not the ones who are capable and deserving. Non sense HR policy. HR is under control of Managers. HR can't handle anything on their own independently. No buy-out in notice periods. There's nothing right with this company.

I have recently joined so I don’t know about hikes but benifits are really good sodexo and shift allowance.

I don’t like the management they can throw u out if they don’t need you.. and micro monitor through system running time app.. worst cafeteria.. headcount is nearly 4k in Chennai but they have only 50tables in cafeteria. We have to stand behind some person to get chair.. Location will not give feeling you like big company it will give feel like we are working in some startup
