Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. nothing but if you can work for 12 hour without any complain you find one.

Dislikes

everything firstly, you don't get any promotion, you can't have a family beside work, you don't get salary on time, deduct salary without proper reason (every month), if you say anything about that you get resignation and then they are so poor they didn't give you full settlement amount (think twice before joining).

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
