Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? nothing but if you can work for 12 hour without any complain you find one.

Dislikes

everything firstly, you don't get any promotion, you can't have a family beside work, you don't get salary on time, deduct salary without proper reason (every month), if you say anything about that you get resignation and then they are so poor they didn't give you full settlement amount (think twice before joining).
