There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Zero job security, they say they don't fire anyone but they will harass you till the core, insult you every time even in front of your juniors. The owner Has the worst mentality, they treat even senior Managers like servants, they like sort matters with screaming on the employees and majorly on senior Managers. Specially Nikhil Mehta, very partial to some staff , and favour them to next level. No company has no culture. The owner cry even for 1 rs garbage bag....Read More

Dislikes

The company owners behaviour is pathetic, trear everyone like bonded labours. No appraisal no bonus nothing. The owner even cry for 50 paise garbage bags. Work culture, all are culture less people
