Highest management-employee gap is here. Company founder is a very arrogant person. He thinks if I give some flexibility then employee will misuse that. Some senior staff benefits that management-employee gap by doing politics here. They doesn't care about the employees all they care about is the client billing. If you don't have task then that is also your problem as we need billing only. If someone joins here they make him sign legal bonds of 2-3 years and if he wants to quit, they threaten him that we'll take legal action against you if you quit also forget about experience latter, thus employees stuck there for years....Read More

Bad company , this company has amazing policy like deductions for WFH. Partial policy for selected employee who are very buttery ( chatu-karita ) One company two policy like hybrid model for hyderabd people ( no additional deduction WFH , more leaves, different salary slab ) it has seperate policy because of one person guess. One more thing they threatened to employee if they leave in bond period and ask unconditional money from them.
