Great opportunity for freshers to learn.

Dislikes

Bonds for freshers which are not good. Bond period and deposit amount is too high. No proper leave management. Doesn't take care of employees until they resign.

Worst Experience.worst management. Working as a slave. HR team is not Human Resource rather it's management Resource. Management as well as HR are like a dictatorship. Management enjoying all benefits. But employee can't.Because management fills like employees are slave.

Job security is good, Good for freshers those who haven't got any placement in Mncs. For DBA peoples its good company to start the IT career. Obviously those who maintain good relationship with manager get good opportunities and hike. From 2019 clover is giving decent salary freshers.

Agreement for 3.5 years. If you sit in Clover office even in Fridays also you have to ware formals.

When i joined in Clover as a fresher i got very less salary in the beginning. After 1.5 Years decent salary is given and the once the agreement is completed i got good increment.
