There is Job Gurantee for Non-clinical jobs but very stressful, overall OK for a company that depends on direct customer engagements.

Company is run by Foreign Investors, that means they dont care about what you do, you need to achieve their targets that are always beyond market numbers. I dont think any Indian investor is going to buyout company any time sooner.

Feeling all the time controlled by others and not able to function efficiently Managing all front desk work decreases quality time and efficiency in front of patients
