frustrating and demoralizing experience. The environment is toxic, with constant harassment from managers and clinic heads who only care about meeting sales targets. There’s no support for resident doctors and most of the clinic heads have little to no actual dental knowledge. Instead, they’ve become salespeople, pushing unnecessary treatments and blaming dentists for even the smallest issues. The work culture is filled with gossip and politics, with no teamwork. The salary is also low compared to the workload, and there’s absolutely no work-life balance. The unrealistic targets and long hours leave you burned out and frustrated. And even if you complete your shift, bosses insist to do overtime unnecessary just to show their power. They are bullying junior staffs. If you’re considering joining Clove Dental, think twice.
