Likes

The experience of working with this company was average. Management was more caring and supportive of employees. The comapny is a startup. It's a great place to learn coz you're not ruled by anyone and you can explore much about yourself.

Dislikes

People were partial and favouritism was rampant. Several Colleagues were forming groups and spreading negativity. The atmosphere of the company was spoilt by these people. Freshers were not trained. There was some crazy behaviour and people in the office(menatally sick).

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
