They will give not you your variable and appraisal. They will blame you for false things to show that you did lot of wrong things. Don't expect the variable part in your CTC.

It's just the startup, ethically carrying the personal life of employees are there top priority concern. I have worked with bigger MNC's but I have never seen a leadership like that.
