Most of the statements/promises are fake.Noone follows any policy.Favourite employees of managers only can exist over there.The word "Hardwork" is not present in their dictionary.No transport facility is provided while visiting from one unit to another.People over here are very egocentric.There is negligible career growth you will have in Cloudnine....Read More

I have been working with Cloudnine for last 4.5 years and one thing I will say for sure that it's employee friendly organization and they take lot of efforts in making a very employee friendly job culture. Secondly, in terms of compensation, they are leaders in healthcare market and if you have value preposition for them, they will hire you at any cost. Their training and development department is also very aggressive and you will learn alot while working in Cloudnine for sure....Read More

As 15 years old young organization, you will not be a part of Big systems. You have to create your own worth in this organisation, and sometimes doing this is very challenging and takes a lot of tolls over health and work-life balance. In other words, they will get alot from you and drain you till your last breath. Rest it differs from person to person.

1. My reporting manager Ms. Chitra (Head of Learning & Development). Wish I could learn more from her. 2. Free food for all internal & external staff for all units. 3. The CEO is a people developer. 4. Work was challenging and a lot, my manager would work with me whole night if need be which was super satisfying. Made me feel conquering challenges every single day/night.

HR (Unit Noida & Regional North) 1. Unit HR suddenly calls me on a Saturday and forced me to come to vaccination drive on Sunday 8 Am - 8 Pm. I asked her to schedule it for the next Sunday since I had worked non stop 10 AA to 5 (AM) for the last 10 days. She kept forcing taking the name of the Business Head. When shared it with the Business Head during my exit interview he denied saying he never asked the HR to call and ask me to come to office. 2. North Regional HR: After saying the above incident the North Regional HR defended his staff member by saying she was just discussing with you over the call. Also the situations are such that I finally have to decide to abscond dated today (10/07/2021). Since both my request for 1 month notice and waiver of 2 months or immediate resignation with 2 months of payment of gross pay was rejected....Read More

It was satisfying, rewarding. I had 2 reporting managers and both were very happy. They event wrote a mail to each other praising my dedication and accountability. UNTILL the Unit HR ruined everything for me.
