I liked nothing about Cloudlex.. the people working there are simply two faced. Will never let any HR work properly. Apart from that the worst experience I got was with the company's senior management people. Working with them is such a terrible thing. Even if you are clear about the work you need to do. He will always poke in between will demotivate you always. There is no job security. They can anytime ask you to leave the organisation even when you have given your best 100% to the work and them. They will hire HRs when they have recruitment to be done and will ask you leave as soon as the increment month comes or if you are done with all the recruitment. This is the worst organisation and people I worked in my career. Even the appraisals are very low and totally depends on their mood if they want to give or not. People who can do "ji huzuri" can stay in that company. Who has some ideas of their own or a different way, they can never let that person work. Worst organisation to work in.
