The company is truly supportive to its employees and the help and support it provided to the workers during COVID was phenomenal. It does not shy away from proper and timely appraisals and gifts etc to show appreciation.

Dislikes

Terrible work life balance to the point where it starts to damage your health. They recruit freshers and present them as full fledged engineers to the clients which puts extreme pressure on the freshers.

Work satisfaction - Poor
Work-life balance - Bad

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
