Likes

Smart and Intelligent people. Lots of vacation days/unplugs. The product is interesting and all the products are proprietory. Managers ensure growth of employees in one way or the other. Complete Flexibility towards Remote/WFH/WFO.

Dislikes

work feels always rushed because of how the product has grown. It is hard to change this culture Very steep learning curve as the product is massive and complicated Lots of support related and repetitive work (70% of the time). Very complex release processes. Lack of interesting projects, Innovation. Lack of learning latest technological advances. Not a paymaster, Compensation is okayish.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
