- Work life Balance. - Very well weekend/public holiday pay.

Dislikes

- Attrition rate is extremely high. - Cloudera used to be a superb place to work but not anymore post aquisition. - Micro-management. - No value to the loyal employees who stays and work hard for the company. - Less yearly increment. - People who work 20 hours a day are personal favorites of managers. - Everything is now based on statistics. Doesn't matter the complexity of the issue you handled. Just achieve the higher numbers and you will become favorites of the higher who doesn't even know you. I feel due to this quality work has been affected. - Most of the managers are support engineers and doesn't even know anything about management and hence they follow instructions from top management blindly just to prove they are doing their work....Read More
