Free environment to work. Senior folks are very helpful.

It's work from home so sometimes it gets monotonous but we alternatively I see people meet their team members who are in the same city and work in a co-working space so that's not a con as such.

Reach out to their existing and former employees before you accept their offer letter and get trapped. I am working here for 18 months, so let me explain what I saw. There are 3 people in this company to make employee's everyday life hell: Nidhi Jain (Founder), Prasanna Naik (Co-founder) and Saloni (HR). 1. Their retention rate is less than 10%. Other than 2 employees in this company rest of the employees leave in just 2.6 months (average), if they do not fire them. Do no get fooled by growth on linkedin. They have lots of fake profiles on linkedin that their sales team keeps creating to show growth to investors and also to reach out to customers. 2. Their login time is fixed but logout time has no limits, they keep daily syncup calls in morning and evening and evening meeting can stretches up to 3 hours. 3. Think about the micromanagement, they have Nano management in place. 4. No job security: They will fire you anytime whenever they feel. 5. They fired 2 employees just because they wrote real reviews about the company and deducted a big part of their salary. 6. They live in 90s: They don't even provide holidays on festivals like Diwali or Ganesh Chaturthi. They just provide 12 leaves annulaly with a very very lengthy approval process. 7. They will introduce a new policy such as leave and deduct part of your salary every other month by some reason. 8. They force you to come to their so called "vacation" in udaipur on your own expenses 2 times in a years else you will lose your job. 9. No salary hikes. At least I didn't get any. 10. Now that people have written their experiences on Glassdoor and Ambition Box so they have started asking us (all employees) to go to these platforms and give 5 start rating and write good things about them, then only we can grow within the company. 11. Manager, Co-founder, Team Leader: they're just puppet of Nidhi Jain. Because they don't have any authority. Even to approve a leave of an employee or implement a minor change in process they wait for the permission from Nidhi. You have to forget your personal life here. Work work work all the time. no Paid leaves, no Public holidays, not even national holidays. No holidays for events like Independence day, Gandhi jayanti, not even for christmas or new year. It is a typical indian startup with a mindset that you hve to work just because they pay you. They hire more and fire soon. Ever since i joined there has been so many lay offs and so many people quit. there is no one permanent because no one stays in the company for long term. If you are considering to get into product management career, this is not the company for you. Especially for interns, all you will do is testing out APIs of different SaaS products and handing it over to the development team. There is no proper guidance. Long working hours. Very poor pay which is way below industry standards. A lot of attrition in the company.

You get paid timely, there is never a delay in anything the time management is excellent be it management, salary, meetings, projects everyone is working before time only no compromise on that and super supportive

They pay everyone on time even before time the founders are very supportive if you need financial help they are there to help you out. Awesome culture flexible timings and the best thing is there are paid holidays plus no questions asked during taking leaves
