The work is good. They actually focus on overall learning and make sure that the employees learn new things with time

Dislikes

People don't respect your boundaries here. They don't care if you are on sick leave, they will call you regardless. They don't care if you have some personal commitments or even weekend. They want you to be available 24/7. And the most common phrase 'you can leave but keep your LAPTOP HANDY' They have a no work from home policy. Butas an exception if you are not able to deliver before 9 or 9:30 p.m. then you are allowed to leave and work from home for the remaining hours of the day. Also they do want you to learn new things so that you can take up extra work and they don't have to hire more people. There's a lot to learn in every role. You get to interact with Senior management very often and the organisation has a very open culture.

Dislikes

Work life balance is really hard to manage as you may have to work on weekends and holidays. Also, irrespective of your skill set, you are asked to take on multiple roles at once.
