I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The office located in college more, the office location is good and they provide evening snacks that is really cool.

Dislikes

The management is worst I have ever seen. Work Environment was toxic. HR are very unsupportive and always try to misguide and if there any internal problems happens HR never takes any action. Specially ENGC team is the worst, in this team the Senior manager and Assistant manager are very unsupportive and always try to frame that executives are not working.
