I have very bad experience in CHAI-People who have power they are misusing their power for personal benifits, partiality, so much politics, no value of people who are hardworking and sincere, promoted un experienced nad qualifications people, not happy with the behaviour of Associate Director and management.

Dislikes

Fevourism to lie and chip type employees , no working environment, so much time passers are there, they need only spoofing people, people who object against wrong things they got targetted and lost their jobs

Diverse background of professionals mostly from private sector, there not a single professional training organize, no job security, no career growth, salary increase but no appraisal system in place, intensive traveling, too much politics, no new learning, work-life balance is satisfactory.

Dislikes

Credit seeking behaviour in most of the senior colleagues and staff near and dear of seniors (mostly bring their old colleagues working with them since ages (10-20 years), therefore no value for work or innovation for people who have no god father in the company.
