Knowledge of healthcare.

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture. Founders only good at yelling. Founders lead by creating fear. Employees always worried for termination. Very few customers and minimal revenue. Company surviving on investor's money. Founders are good at spending money for PR and hence you will see them on different magazines. But employees will never get salary on time.

Work Details

Poor. Work on almost every weekend.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
