Everything. No leave policy, I don't think, they even follow any kind of policies unless it benefits them only. Management used to think only about money. They treated their employees like Street Animal. No work-life balance. They expected you to come on time but doesn't bother about leaving time. They used to cut one day salary, ifyou get late even just by 01minute, 09am-06pm was working time.
