The work is good, other departments are helpful and polite. In LSC also there are a few people who are really nice and they would help you.

There is politics, the senior management is busy gossiping about everyone that solving genuine problems doesn't interest them. They micromanage things and if you are through working for the day, they would ask you to mail them before leaving, the moment u do they will hand you more work of a person who is inefficient or busy going for smoke breaks all through the day and then that inefficient person gets awarded. If they genuinely want to make things better for themselves they need to hire more professional people at the senior management position with a different perspective and a lot of exposure.
