Worst experience. Unprofessional, unethical company. They have hired me as a full time employee on a fixed salary and now after 1 month they are not paying my salary and fired me by saying your performance is not up to the mark according to their criteria. As a SEO they will give you only 1 task of doing competitors backlink analysis and then create backlinks on defined parameters by them. I followed the same procedure and worked. At the time of joining they said it will be a 15 days trial and if we don't like your work we will discontinue, they have reviewed my work after 15 days and asked me for minimum number of backlinks that I will create in a month so I told them ok I will try to create 35 quality backlinks as per their criteria. I have created 25-25 backlinks for 2 projects and they rejected my work. Now they are saying you have not achieved your commitment so we will not pay you full salary. They have not told me at the time of hiring and after 15 days that they will pay on the basis of how many backlinks you will create. This is only there fraud tactics of getting work done for free for a month and then fire the candidate.
