Their is no career growth and job security as the company barely gets the project and whatever gets it will be from freelancer.com. Only single non technical person runs the company who have zero knowledge of coding n Ser interface.No salary hike, no professional environment, no job satisfaction , no sick as well as emergency leaves. You have to be always compelled for working till 12 hours a day once u join the company inspite of the fact that the company's working hour is 8 house a day. Company is not registered in India as well as any other country of world once u ask for company's documents they just keep on lying every time. If u work here u'll just ruin ur resume, as zero market prestige of company. So on job training for fresher and do not values individual's unique strength pressurized to work on any other technology whoever they won't....Read More

Work Details

I have to work on the application development and have to look after the complete project. Also their is no separate person for working on back end and UI so I also have to take care of it. I have to communicate with the client on day-to-day basis.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
