The startup idea was good to help people for their medical uses. In the first half The organization supported well later on there was a terrible change which is effecting the growth.

Dislikes

The Internal decisions and the Strategies they are using .Even the Local Vendors will use better strategies than these team. No Promotion, No reputation, No backend Holders & etc..

Work Details

working In the healthcare Industry which can serve people Personally and professionally it Helped me to get a knowledge about all the Providers how to deal with them across all the Country in various categories . I had a Good circle of providers in India.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
