Suggestions are not addressed, and only high-level people can contribute their ideas. If you know Hindi, you can survive. Managers themselves don't know proper English, and there is poor management with no work follow-up. Hindi is required because in meetings, they use only Hindi and not English since the managers don't know English. There is no proper management, and there are no follow-ups on the work, which leads to almost everything being left half done.
