nadadoor balaji speak with only 7 close people in gcc, other no where no care. senior director sleeps in meetings,talks, interviews. such people how become senior directors? Target file comes 3rd month. this is unfair. nadador hires genpact people becoz easy money transfers. earned a lot of money by hiring genpact. all CEM team hired for money transfers. check background, all will be linked to some common company. employees lost job becoz of Balaji wrong, creative, unnecessary feedbacks. he feedback to remove threats to his job. Nadadoor Spoiling careers of employees by feedbacks. he dont want any opposition if he dislikes. he will not execute pex ideas and said pex is waste. Balaji, cafeteria vendor, country head are from same ex-company. check their employement history. Promotion and hiring in AR is only for money. US teams please action against Nadadoor. GCC unable to take action as he is director. All above are correct....Read More
