I like the fact that my company gives space to its employees to grow and venture into their thoughts for new opportunities. Classplus has set up great principles for us to follow & execute. Its one of a kind of a start-up and it has played a crucial role in my growth.

Dislikes

They sometimes lack the personal touch. When newly joined, my birthday was coming in the next month. I didn't receive any birthday mail or message from the head or the HR upon my birthday. It was sad to see because these are the situations where the employer-employee bond is made.

Work Details

I handle the customer side of the company. Engaging with them, listening to their queries & providing them solutions. I handle a team of customer-service people who work upon the same line but with a little variety.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
