Job security is there unless there is any big impact to the company by anyone. Every important festival, birthdays are being celebrated with snacks. management is caring for the staff. there are people working more than 20 years and still want to continue work in CSPL.

Dislikes

Departments which are Cost centers in the company have limited growth. Rest everything is Ok.

Work Details

My work was in IT department where the growth was restricted. But I got some opportunities basis which i can explore in bigger market for further growth. Hence I feel CSPL was good company to work.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
