I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Lot of activities done by HR team is good attraction for those who just to want fun in working life. The only problem is situation get keep changing as per management comfort zone. You never know when things will go wrong and you will pay for it. Overall it's mix kind of experience so far.

Doesn't have value of personal life. No time bond planning and don't know how to say No if u can't meet the time line due to customer own mistakes
