I joined company after knowing the brandname. There was no covid support as such as salaries were cut into half when most companies came up with slab systems. Poor pay masters, No job security. Driven by people of a certain community only without employee friendly policies. Sudden lay offs happened although they are instigated by covid 19 led circumstances.Employee welfare policies not exist or need improvement. The company needs to improve a lot in terms of working, employee welfare, work culture, management-employee relationships like mnc's or corporate set ups of metro cities as the working environment is still not at par with mnc's or current Indian corporate set ups...Read More
