I joined company after knowing the brandname. There was no covid support as such as salaries were cut into half when most companies came up with slab systems. The company allowed work from home initially that time. Work culture is average.Employee welfare is the area where improvement is required. Poor pay masters, No job security. Driven by people of a certain community only without employee friendly policies. Sudden lay offs happened although they are instigated by covid 19 led circumstances.Employee welfare policies not exist or need improvement.
