Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The food is provided by the organization at a minimal cost which saves employees the trouble of carrying it from home

A very unprofessional organisation and a typical Lala run company. Old employees and Boss appeasers get the immunity and growth. Not a place for educated and qualified personnels. 6 days working make it worst and liberties are taken to disturb employees even on Sundays. It's a concerning work atmosphere that is not conducive for women.

Founder has no vision. Big Lala company. This is what happens when an uneducated person starts business. Salaries are poor. They expect you to work like a slave. No HR policy. They will hire you to sell marbles and then expect you to sell everything under their portfolio. No incentive plan. They don’t reimburse for travel done for company meeting. Expect employees to pay from their pocket to do client meeting. Pls stay away from this company and don’t join. You will get frustrated and leave soon.
