My Experience at Classboat has taught me that Sales is an Art of Persuasion & I have got the opportunity to Master this Art. My Job at Classboat dose't feel like a regular 9 to 5 job because it is more about Task in Hand rather than being about how much hours you work for.

There is No Cafeteria, but has a Food facility available at its nearby Location

I am working in customer and students communication, I love my company classboat and people here, learning a lot everyday, Good payout if you work hard, punishment if you be lazy. I am more than happy here, Even in lockdown We are working hard for our clients as we love the company and want to make our clients successful.

The teamspirit of this company is comendable, they work day and night.. no matter what. And really helpful to everyone out here. I was working With this company for more than 1 year. And really appreciate team efforts they put on.

Classboat is the worst company one can imagine. No HR, no policies, no salary on time, no respect for employees. If you can sustain for at least 1 year, that's a very big deal. People who join this company are mentally harassed. No matter how much you do for this company, they don't value you. Small talk by responsible people. No fun activities, no tea breaks (Now they don't provide tea to employees) Officially Sunday is a holiday but no guarantee they will not call you on Sunday. This business is run by small brains. They force employees to give good reviews everywhere because they want to show themselves well....Read More

Horrible work culture. Your designation will be something and you will work something else. (Example if you joined in digital marketing, you will end up doing counseling.) And counseling means near about 200 calls a day. This number increases day by day.
