The HR operations department is worst. They will go till any extent to spoil career. Incase u leave the company they send negative background verification for all people working in HR. They makeup stories and pass it on in ur background verification just to spoil ur career.

Clarion till mar 22 was the best company to work with. But now there can't be any good reason to work there.

-Internal politics, If being in a human resource department people are feeling this then one can imagine development team condition. -Yes sir/mam attitude, if you are PA to your manager then you are good here otherwise you are not a good employee and you will suffer -No value of employees - Even if you have given your 12hours everyday and made sure everything is done then also one new person comes and simply say "you add no value". -No appreciation- there was no escalation in your tenure still one of leaders will say that you are worst team member. -No professionalism in exit- this company or to be brief few leaders don't respect employees if you wish that you want exit from organization. They will make your life hell in notice period. Also will not give you clearance on your lwd even if you submitted all the data and assets. All these things mostly happen in expert team of this organisation because of some new leaders. Otherwise old clarion was best company. But old clarion is nowhere seen now....Read More
