Claim Genius is a start-up and like every start-up which I know of or have friends working in one, have mentioned that the learning curve is amazing and it's the same here as well. The most important inclination towards your learning curve is the availability of the C team to help you learn or direct you in the right decisions and at the same time the flexibility to have and create your own experiments. With every start-up, there is a very important aspect which is you as an individual need to account for - TIME and ENERGY. If you think that you would come to a start-up and have a honeymoon period and only focus on the tasks assigned to you based on your time/need/skill set, well then you need to change your mindset.
