Everything, first of all they will force you to sign bond, too much discrimination to external engineer, they say NO for leave request eventhough if there is emergency. Look it's good personal work life balance but sitting for 9.45 it's very difficult, near 12 hours shift daily. Not recommended at all!

Worst management, no respect as an engineer, alots of fake promises, no future security at all, alot alot of stress. They hired me as a design engineer but working as a team lead. The actual team leader will do all the training. No training will be given to you.
