Management is very good and supportive here. Teammates are also really helpful and always ready to guide. There is no work pressure until and unless you finish your work on time. Company's policies are good and quite fair. Job security is 100%. It wouldn't be wrong to say that it is a Family "The CLAASIANS".

There is no negative point to say for CLAAS, but yes if you're working as off role employee then it can be little hard for you to be on role.

My work is to manage office supplies stock and place orders. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets. Maintain and update company database. Attend clients and solve their query. Support IT team, update office policies as needed.

Working in Claas is under pressure and forcefully with warning letters, some people in management not good those make company work culture very bad, making personal relationship between management and worker become a reason of conflict and and make enemy them.
