Great owners that care about their people. Great work-life balance. Excellent people to work with.Its a good growing company,provides good daily allowance. The company does not provide travelling expenses. The seniors are not cooperative. Always try to pull your leg.

Corruption is very high. They are giving bribe to government officials to get tender also asks employees to use their personal accounts to bribe . Very horrible company experience. Still company owes me 12500/- as expenses but they asked me to give 5000/- to clear the money. The HR told they will provide the money now she doesn't pick up my calls. Please don't join the company there is nothing to learn. After I left my senior also left the company....Read More

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
