"Proceed with caution" is the word for CJDarcl as it is a nightmare for your career growth. Worst Management. Zero Growth Oppurtunities. The HR here is like a joke with ZERO support for employees . Amazing working culture where strict policies are created to force employees from not getting up from there seats. Your CTC automatically changes from fixed to variable without any talk.

It is best company to learn and execution. I have joined 18 years ago and worked at different dimensions in company. Always company management supported and encouraged me to take the new challanges.
