I had the privilege of working in the billing department at CityFurnish. As a fresher stepping into the professional world, I was filled with uncertainties, but my journey here turned out to be an incredible learning experience. I owe a great deal of gratitude to my manager, Pankaj Vasudev, who was not only a mentor but a constant pillar of support. His guidance was instrumental in helping me navigate my responsibilities and build confidence in my abilities. Whether it was handling challenging tasks or refining my skills, Pankaj sir always ensured that I had the right direction and encouragement. In addition, the collaborative culture at CityFurnish allowed me to learn from my team lead and gain valuable insights from the company’s visionary founders. The organization fosters an environment where employees are encouraged to grow, innovate, and contribute meaningfully. Although my journey with CityFurnish was short, it was transformative. Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
