Flexible working hours, remote job was a boon to me in my initial years. One can grow at any stage, they provide you with multiple opportunities to grow and progress. With a short and effective team we get to play different roles and work directly with the client. Your issues are addressed and they certainly help you in maintaining the precious work life balance.
