Like most companies the training(HR) team & the operations team (during my tenure) have a rigidity in-between. Concern over practical situation & potential risks need to be addressed quickly. New recruits need to be given their time to prove, which has a great impact on job-security, since, 'MANY PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF, HAVE A DREAM TO WORK & PERFORM IN THIS ORGANISATION'. Managing resources(employees) based on their skills instead of just releaving (Job-cut)them at a very short period after tremendous efforts of recruitment & tedious training processes, should be considered. As a phone banking officer, i take ownership of my customers & their queries abiding to 'First-call-resolution'-benchmark standards set by the company. At times it gets tired after long-calls,as customers might not be aware of the process flow & standards
