Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Good work environment,well culture,support for teammate,transparent among the management crew,also company policies are favourable,good salary,and bonus every years and welcoming Appraisals.

Dislikes

There is series of politics and the management does not address issues .Salary is manageable but advance in career is a little bit slow. Always two years bond before which you can resign,On the job training are not always given to new employee.
