High Turnover and lack of Employee respect . one notable aspect of Citadel Building Services is no staff is permanent and the workforce changes to 15 to 1 month.my back office staff was changed at least 7 staff in entire tenure of 1.5 years. the Directors keeps on yelling at the staff and no mutual respect can be expected. one moregood experience is that you will not get salary in time and you will learn how to survive without salary. Around 150 WhatsApp group will be created and the good part is you have to just send messages in all the groups. its a fun you will not forget in life and there is no settlement once you are terminated. fun fact they fool you by signing appointment letter saying that they will be there will be deduction of 2 months but never settled ....Read More

there are several concerning aspects about Citadel Building Services Pvt Ltd that makes a challenging work place. One major concern is that constant friction with the Director which creates a unhealthy work environment leading to mental and physical health issues for employees. additionally salary payments are unreliable with employees facing delays and non payment. Job Security in non existent. Termination happens at the Directors whims without prior notice. to make it worse the settlement of the employee is not done. they deduct salary of 10% for 1st two months as retention but they never settle it. they dont pay to the subcontractors nor the suppliers on time hence damaging the relationship with the sub contractors....Read More
