Work life balance is what cisco gives you always and learning is vast, you have lot of opportunities to learn and grow.

Dislikes

Appreciation is lacking due to bad management and lot of politics and favouritism. Salalry growth is not at all good due to limited set of people getting everything and others getting ignored. Cisco in India never take step to retain their old talent and employees instead they will hire outside employees with higher salary.Engineer's leaving cisco just because of management else company is great.

Salary - Poor

Work Details

Work life balance is best when you work in Cisco, yes weekend shifts are their according to project but apart from that workload is manageable . Some projects have low head count in which weekend shift and work load is high for the engineer's.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
