The best thing about cisco systems India is that the work- life balance is amazing here. Apart from that we are surrounded by talanted colleagues who are always there to help us. The work pressure is manageable and unlike what is portrayed for IT companies.

Dislikes

Sometime some projects run quite slow and it leads to waste of resource and time.

Work Details

As per my experience the work varies. So sometimes we get exciting and challenging work like exploring for new features to make user experience simple and sometimes it's just a simple excel editing.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
